I think this is probably the first time that the Obama campaign has explicitly (though wordlessly) called into question McCain's choice of Sarah Palin as VP nominee.

Probably one of the dumbest decisions that I've seen the Obama campaign make. One week to go, ahead in the polls and you start attacking Palin's intelligence?
barry you better not f this up for me!
08AMA.
Initially I'd agree with you, but I get the feeling that they're trying to play off of the internal squabbling between the McCain and Palin camps. We're now seeing that even McCain's top advisors don't think she's that bright, so maybe the implosion inside has created a window for an Obama attack?
well i agree that the McCain camps are starting to place blame and criticize Palin...but lets leave that up to them. The downside to an ad like this is far greater than the upside. We're still going after the Hillary voters who may still be "bitter" (oh no he didn't!!) and can get super sensitive at the implied message that Palin isn't up to snuff. Just stay above the fray barry and let the mccain campaign eat themselves from the inside...
Dan this blog isn't bad.
